Provide information about available Qt modules in a built/installed Qt

    Description

      Some of our tools like windeployqt or Qt VS Tools need a way to obtain information about the available Qt modules. These tools maintain a hand crafted list of modules with their name, display name, library/libraries and translations (and maybe other information). Having one central place for these information (json file?) would help these tools with staying up to date.
