Text cursor position mismatch when having different scaling monitors and AA_EnableHighDpiScaling is set on

I would like to have a custom tooltip widget in QPlainTextEdit of course at the text cursor position. Furthermore the tooltip should not be cut between two monitors rather than it should be displayed only at one monitor.

Setup: Monitor 1 = 125 %; Monitor 2 = 150%

Steps:

• Start the attached application
• Move the app between the two monitors
• Type some text
• Observe that the custom tooltip appears and moves with the text cursor

With Qt 5.15.11  there is no problem, but with Qt 6.4.1
