[Reg 6.4.0->6.4.1] Object files are installed that shouldn't be installed

      The installer, and the .7zips for qtdeclarative contains

      qml/Qt/test/controls/objects-RelWithDebInfo/QuickControlsTestUtilsPrivate_resources_1/.rcc/qrc_qmake_Qt_test_controls.cpp.o

      which shouldn't be there, and creates issues when trying to sign and notarize Qt-based applications.
