[reg 5.15->6] PointHandler prevents DragHandler from seeing touchpoint entering its parent item

In most of the video I'm using a touchscreen on Linux X11.  The last movement is with the mouse: then it works.

The yellow bar is the DragHandler's parent, and the red circle is its target.  When I start dragging in the white area, the DragHandler does not respond; but when the point enters the yellow bar, it should respond.  If the PointHandler is removed, it does respond.  And in Qt 5.15 it does respond even with the PointHandler in place.
