We disabled tests on qemu arm64 for a short while due to much longer running times after updating to chromium 102  We greatly increased timeouts and reenable the tests. Now with the update to Chromium 106, those timeouts are no longer long enough, with loads that should take under a second now taking up to 22 second on CI.

We have disabled the tests until we figure out why the platform is so unreasonably slow.

Note: Upping the cores to 8 to increase memory available didn't help.
