      Videotoolbox doesn't recognize some core video formats, e.g.
      kCVPixelFormatType_422YpCbCr8_yuvs
      kCVPixelFormatType_422YpCbCr8FullRange

      av_map_videotoolbox_format_to_pixfmt(cvPixelFormat)
