Allow specifying image format on qml Image

    Description

      It is allowed to specify the format of the image to disable the behavior of automatically detecting the image format in QImageReader. In the case of an incorrect image suffix name, specifying its format explicitly can improve the performance of image loading. It can be done when using QImage or QImageReader directly, but unfortunately It is the qml Image that does not support.
