Unable to set static plugin dependency from CMake

      Trying to statically link to the qtimageformat's QWebpPlugin for the iOS style plugin, 
      using
      qt_import_plugins(qtquickcontrols2iosstyleplugin INCLUDE_BY_TYPE imageformats Qt::QWebpPlugin)
      doesn't work, unless this command is added to the application itself.
