Description
There is qtprotobufgen tests were introduced:

As discussed with hehalmet the problem is:
qtprotobufgen tests are failing on macOS ARM machines. Those won't get provisioned automatically.
After we get new macOS to CI we will continue the work with Tart, which is virtualization tool which might be solution for our problem. Current one, parallels, don't have support for ARM macs.
It was decided to disable macos arm tests for qtprotobufgen temporary.
It could be enabled when we get new macOS to CI .
