qml modules: document the use of the cmake api

The CMake api for qml modules (qt_add_qml_module) already has some documentation about its parameters but there is no documentation page that gives a "global" view on how to create qml modules.

Explain using an example project how to create static and shared (=reusable) modules and how to link between them.
