Documentation should state if a construction/conversion function is explicit

      Some constructors and some conversion functions are marked in the source code as explicit. It would be nice if the documentation also mentioned the fact.

      For instance, QList::QList(qsizetype) is explicit, and this is its documentation: https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qlist.html#QList-2
