Description
Since https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/395968 merged, we accidentally didn't build qmake examples for non-qtbase repos.
We tried to restore it

But it got reverted
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/447851
because it broke qtdeclarative.
