When adjusting the padding size in MultiEffect testBed, shadow and blur amount also changes a bit. Instead blur and shadow should look the same with different padding amounts. Also in some cases bluring extends too much, causing shadows to get clipped even when autoPaddingEnabled is true and shadowHorizontalOffset & shadowVerticalOffset doesn't move shadow too far. Fix these.
