Add documentation about the configure options

      Many customer are confused about the difference between

      -system-X and -qt-X (example: -system-libjpeg vs -qt-libjpeg)?

      in the configure options. It would be handy if this was documented.

      It would be nice if we have something similar( like Qt4 http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/configure-options.html) in Qt5 documentation which talks about the different option we have with configure since there has been change in Qt 4 configure and Qt5 configure options.
