QQEM doesn't install dependencies

    Description

      Steps:

      • Launch Qt installer.
      • Select "MSVC 2019 64-bit" and "Qt Quick Effect Maker" from Qt 6.5.0 beta1.
      • Next and install.
      • Restart installer.

      Expected:

      • "Qt Shader Tools" is installed.

      Actual:

      • Only those 2 are installed. Launching qqem.exe results into attached missing DLL dialog.

      If e.g. installing "Quick 3D Physics", it automatically installs also "Quick 3D" and "Qt Shader Tools". So these dependencies are possible in the Qt installer, just not working for QQEM.

      Note also related QTBUG-109615, and solution #1 to make Qt Quick 3D a hard dependency for QQEM.
