QQEM: Improve file dialogs behavior

Currently file dialogs open in default paths or where they previously were. Instead it would be useful to open the dialogs into where the current file is. So image property file dialog would open into path where the current image is (or nodes default images path when not set). "Save as" would open where the project is saved etc.
