OpenType support missing message on use of substitute font

    Description

      "OpenType support missing" message is shown in "Application Output" window in debugger when font does not contain the needed characters and a substitute font is used.

       

      Reproduce by executing the attached code from the debugger of the IDE under Windows 10.
