Extend QDataWidgetMapper to handle Qt::ItemFlags for the mapped QModelIndex

    Description

      My suggestion is to connect Qt::ItemIsEnabled flag of mapped QModelIndex with enabled property of QWidget. The reason is obvious: when item is not enabled - user cannot edit it, the same as it is in QTableView, QTreeView, etc. cell when this flag is not set.
