windeployqt: Get rid of the hard-coded list of Qt modules

      windeployqt has a hard-coded list of modules and their plugins.
      The build system is able to generate such information and windeployqt should make use of that.

      With this implemented, tasks such as QTBUG-105135 become obsolete.
