Following steps:

1. Start an example with operational bluetooth microphone
2. Cut power or make the microphone to go offline otherwise
-> this causes noise to be read, probably from the last buffer state
3. Then reconnect the microphone again
-> now there is no noise, but no audio is coming from the mic either

Reportedly it seems this could be worked around by suspending and resuming the PulseAudio device through PA APIs directly to let it resume receiving the actual audio
