Integrate QStaticText to declarative Text element

Prototype Final completion is pending task QT-2887, scaling and rotation drawing of QStaticText needs improvement. See attachment for initial implementation and statictextdemo example under research/declarative-examples repository. The patch is missing support for styled text (style and styleColor properties), where glyphs are drawn multiple times with different offset to produce raised, outlined and sunken style
