Qt4 treats relative heights in the <table> tag as height="0"

Qt4 doesn't support relative heights within the html <table> tag, but numerical values followed by a percentage sign are reduced down to a straight height declaration of 0. Any tables with relatively declared heights are thereby reduced to having a height of 0. It would be more intuitive to enforce no height restrictions in circumstances where relative heights are defined.
