      Media Player example problems with seek bar on Mac OS 12 using Qt 5.15.13.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Run the example
      2. Upload a media file 
      3. Click on Color Options...
      4. adjust any color option

      The Seek bar slider disappears and the seek bar fills entirely with video playing.
