QML Video Example: example not displaying video on Mac OS 12 ,Windows 10 and Windows 11 using Qt 5.15.13.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the example
2. Upload two media files
3. Under Video Modes, select "multi mode"

Out of 3 video panels, middle video panel is not able to load video.
