Add pre-defined color constants just like QColorConstants

    Description

      For non-Qt Quick applications we have the QColorConstants namespace which provides many frequently used colors and what's better, they are all constexpr constants. But Qt Quick lacks such convenient thing and constructing a QColor from string is also somewhat expensive. Can we add similar facility to Qt Quick as well?
