QHeaderView: dragging a header section vertically up, does not automatically scroll at top of the visible part

When moving a header section vertically up, it does not automatically scroll when reaching the top of the visible part, even if auto scroll is turned on explicitly. This makes it difficult to move a section to a non visible part of the header.
