android: Camera issues on actual Android devices

Attached example tries to capture frames and it does not work on Android devices (but works on iOS) even though it seems to function on Android emulator.

Also the Widget camera example in Qt Multimedia does not work, which may be related to the same issue.

To reproduce, run attached example on a device with rear camera. It does not print any "Frame::newFrames" messages.
