Effect maker usage with Qt DS

When QQEM is launched from QDS, it needs to have better integration to a designer approach on workflow. This means, that all un-necessary button clicks need to be simplified.

Right now the creation process is pretty good, but what is weird is the save & export flow. What is required in 'Save' scenario when QQEM is launched from Qt DS:

1. remove the 'Export' button totally from the tools, we need just 'Save'. Actually the whole menu should be checked whether we need anything but Save and Save as on the menu.
2. use standard parameters (already present in the export dialog) when saving the effect. In Qt DS use-case we are not changing these.
3. click on 'Save' will trigger the flow currently done on 'Save & Export'. End result is that effect is updated automatically when user clicks on save.
