Generate tracing metadata automatically from header files

      The tracepointgen tool needs to know the enumeration names and values as well as flag names and values in order to generate metadata for the tracepoints in order to pass this information when tracing.

      Currently the metadata needs to be provided to the tracepointgen by hand. Implement metadata parsing from header files.
