      Dialog boxes in Qt applications are comically large on high DPI displays:

      No explicit scaling flags have been set in code, this is using the defaults. The QT_SCALE_FACTOR_ROUNDING_POLICY environment variable is set to "PassThrough". System scale factor is %250.

      The issue does not occur with Qt 5.15.2.

      This is possibly related to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-110756.

      I would call this fairly major.
