On android devices, when a 'Video' object is destroyed, the screen does not detect mouse events any more

      In the attached code sample, running on android, you can push as many 'Video' objects onto the StackView as you want, but as soon as you pop a 'Video' object from the stack, the ui stops responding to user clicks, and timers stop running.

      This does not occur when running on a desktop linux pc.
