Since Qt is an opensource project it would be better for Qt to be manged on github.

Qt project would match github repository and Qt itself can be github organization.

Some peoples that want to contribute just give up because they would need to setup Qt's acount, gerrit, etc... with github you just hit fork and open a pull-request, thats it!
