Cannot use sliders if they are placed in scrollable page with flickable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build Qt quickcontrols gallery example - https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtquickcontrols-gallery-example.html
2. Open Slider or RangeSlider tab. 
3. Change the orientation of the device to landscape an try to use vertical slider. 
4. The same is reproducible when we increase flickable area (see in the attached vide) - none of the sliders will work then.

Expected: User is able to use sliders in scrollable pages.

Actual: User cannot change slider value if it's in the scrollable page.

Notes: It works well with Qt 5.15.12.
