doc: Pure-QML example claims to only support one text-input protocol

The documentation says "The Pure QML example only supports the qt_text_input_method_unstable_v1 protocol." and then the code snippet shows it instantiating support for both text-input-v2 and the Qt protocol.

So we forgot to update the docs when adding support for multiple text-input protocols.
