Build manual tests in CI

    Description

      Enable QT_BUILD_MANUAL_TESTS in CI for the test configurations that have tests enabled.

      Disable / remove or fix the manual tests that are not building currently.

      In the light of our efforts to turn some of our examples into manual tests, this becomes important.
