ZSTD: should the preference of the static version be kept?

      libzstd can now be built with CMake, and https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtbase.git/tree/cmake/FindWrapZSTD.cmake?h=6.4.2#n25 takes this option into account.

      Turns out that both options can be available, so I wonder if Qt should be telling cmake to prefer one over the other or not.
