Text handle is always visible when entering text on Android device

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any example with text view, which could be https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtquickcontrols-gallery-example.html (TextArea, Text Field)

Expected: Only the cursor should be visible, not text handle.

Actual: The text handle is displayed all the time.

Reproducibility:  100%

Note: The issue is not reproducible with Qt 5.15.12
