SequentialAnimation is running by default: seems inconsistent

    Description

      See qtdeclarative/examples/quick/pointerhandlers/components/FlashAnimation.qml : it has 

      running: false

      for this reason. But it's unintuitive, and at first seems to contradict the docs until you read the fine print: running is false by default... except when using 'on' syntax. (So I'm pretty sure I was annoyed by this when writing this example which was originally a manual test around 5.8 or earlier.)
