HoverHandler example is broken in qtdeclarative/examples/quick/pointerhandlers

      If you run sidebar.qml alone, it's fine. But if you build the whole example as an executable, the sidebars and buttons no longer get the cyan borders to show hover feedback. Only the cursor changes.
