setOverrideCursor() does not change cursor when mouse button is pressed

    Description

      QApplication::setOverrideCursor() does not always behaves as expected in the case  of QComboBox popup.

      Attached example can be used to reproduce this on  macOS Ventura (OSX 13.2)

      Just run this tiny code click combobox and move mouse over popup. some time cursor will change some time it will not.
