Steps to reproduce:

1. Use the attached sample project or use quicontrols gallery example.
2. Run the example on any device.
3. Swipe on the first few items. 
4. Swipe on the last few items.
5. Scroll down and scroll up the list. 
6. Check swiped items.

Expected: State should not change. (or state could change, but the behavior needs to be consistent)

Actual: Swipe action (Delete) disappears after scrolling out of the screen. The first item holds its state (The delete button does not disappear).
