Update OpenSSL for Android deployment docs for OpenSSL 3

    Description

      Starting with 6.5 we build using OpenSSL 3 in CI but the documentation for Android still talks about OpenSSL 1.1.1. This must be updated to match, as it causes confusion and fails with errors at runtime.

      Build instructions may have changed for OpenSSL 3, but the required suffix is "_3" now, not "_1_1".
