Drawer freezes with touch screen

The Drawer freezes and cannot be closed on some occasions when using a touch screen. The functionality can be resumed with a mouse in such occasions.

To reproduce, please run the attached example.

1. Open the Drawer by tapping the "Open Drawer" button.
2. Tap on the Drawer estate where it's over lapping the "Do Nothing" button or the blue rectangle. You might need to repeat this few times.
3. Alternatively you can try to do a long multi touch with two fingers on the blue rectangle.
4. The Drawer gets stuck and cannot be close with touches on the outside of the Drawer.
