Qt Maintenance tool doesn't install all include files

I'm trying to install the open source version of Qt and for some reason the folder where the include files should be has only the folders, no include files at all. Tried on two differen macs with M1, same issue on both.

I tried uninstalling everything completely, clearing the cache of the maintenance tool, clearing the credentials and the config files from the user folder, none worked and there is no offline installer available for Qt6.
