Port "external" users of QQmlJS Parser classes to QML DOM

The AST and grammar classes are rather low level, and having users outside of declarative depend on them makes updating the parser rather brittle.

Current users include:

• qdoc (qtdoc)
• shadergen (quick3d)
• linguist (qttols)
