Qt Mac should handle the kEventAppShown kind so that it will be possible to get informed when the user clicks the application icon in the dock after the application has been shut down. Handling the QEvent::ApplicationActivate will not be sufficient if the user simply closes down the application and then clicks the application in the dock without having activated another application in the meantime.
