long double support in QLocale

    Description

      We need to add support for parsing and printing long double to QLocale; everything else in this epic depends on that:

      • QVariant wants to be able to convert between string and long double
      • QTextStream/QDebug/QString::arg/toLongDouble/fromLongDouble/number() obviously need it

      About the only thing we can do without QLocale support is streaming into and out of QDataStream.
