    Description

       

      OS: Windows 10.0.19044
      OS: Windows 10.0.19045
      (at the moment: all of crash come from 2 this versions)
      the detail machine info: DeviceInfos.txt

      Many users got this crash. Didn't do anything yet. just init step.

      We don't see this crash happened with older versions.
