      Android Deploy Qt set's it by default to SDK 30 https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtbase.git/tree/src/tools/androiddeployqt/main.cpp?h=v6.5.0#n152

      We should upgrade Target SDK API to 31 immediately.
