Translation catalog for Qt installations is empty

    Description

      Starting with 6.5.0 Qt also ships a catalogs.json in translation which contains a mapping for translations to repositories. This information can be used by deployment tools like windeployqt. In a Qt installed from the online installer this catalogs.json file is empty.
